Another coincidence...

Good morning. As I'm finishing up my shift I wanted to pass along another vaccine coincidence. My last patient was a 82 y/o male with weakness so severe that he couldn't lift his arms, walk, or stand without maximum assistance. His wife said this weakness first began in February, and he was told that his platelet count was very low. Tonight the weakness has progressed. This coincides with the patient's first Pfizer covid vaccination. To keep this email short as possible I'm attaching a picture of the last page of this patients medical 'diary'. When I brought this "coincidence" to the attention of the patient's family, and the hospital staff, I was met with blank stares. Nobody will even consider the possibility of the vaccine being to blame. It's safe AND effective.
