I know the frustration you feel. I begin every shift with a feeling of dread now because I know sooner or later this is what I am going to see. This is another child who has dropped dead "suddenly" today at work. I have never seen anything like this before 2021, but now this is the "new normal". I'm depressed, beaten down, and most work days I feel helpless. The only thing keeping me going now is I know Jesus is going to make it right eventually. How long Lord?....
