Sorry to spam your inbox. I forget that most people haven't witnessed sudden cardiac arrest. It's not uncommon to see seizure-like activity when the heart suddenly stops. It sometimes happens when the brain suffers anoxia from impaired/stopped blood flow. Not everyone dies "peacefully". That's why the call notes mention seizure. It was sudden cardiac arrest.
