Lies.... ER overcrowding

I want you to take a look at this. This hospital ER says they are overcrowded to the point of "diversion". There are plenty of empty beds in this ER, yet they are reporting they are being overrun with patients. The waiting room has ZERO patients waiting As well. The charge nurse sent this patient to the waiting room because "there's no room for her". As I said before, our call volume has not reflected the reports of ER overcrowding. Yes, the ER can get full at times. That's NORMAL.
