Prayers for your move

Hi Mr ______,
As the subject line says, prayers going up for God to smooth the path in front of you and your family. I sincerely hope God moves whatever mountain is in your way.
You're probably busier than I can imagine, so I'll keep it brief. Not much has changed in the EMS world. We are still short staffed, as well as the hospital ERs. They still have trans nurses beginning to fill vacant nurse roles. They're certainly "educated" or they wouldn't be hired (I hope), but my concern is the obvious mental illness on display in a setting where I would want the very best working on me.
Unfortunately we lost 2 employees "suddenly" and "unexpectedly" about a week ago. One was 45 y/o, the other was 48 y/o. Again, they refuse to tell us if they were vaccinated due to patient privacy laws. This makes three young coworkers in 5 months we have lost "unexpectedly". The other was 35 y/o. I didn't personally know them because they worked in different markets.
