PS: The latest scuttlebutt is our local nurse shortage is due to nurses migrating to hospital systems that aren't requiring the injection (yet). CHOA (children's healthcare of Atlanta) was at the top of the list. Unfortunately, word just came that they also plan to mandate soon.

Also the talk around the office is the diversion status at ______ last Saturday night was due to severe nurse shortage, which is why they declared themselves full when they only had 16 patients in a 40 bed ER. If true, I foresee a perfect storm brewing. When cold/flu season hits this winter and these immunocompromised vaxxed individuals have ADE issues, we're going to be in a world of hurt. If we're already seeing a major bottleneck happening when it's just average call volume, it's not going to be pretty when it really is busy. No nurses = long wait times on the ambulance. Long wait times = out of service. Out of service = ambulance shortage. My guess is the unvaxxed will be blamed of course.
