Btw, thank you for following up on these cheap china swabs. I know it's not real the issue, but it doesn't help things when your sinuses are constantly being irritated. Just makes catching something easier. I don't have the level of education of those two biologists you cited, but I agree with both to a certain extent. The olfactory nerve, being one of the 12 cranial nerves, does go directly to the brain from the sinus cavity. That being said, I believe it would take some very aggressive swabbing and some bad luck to hit that target just right, but I suppose it's possible. Just not very likely. I'm not sure who could sit still for a swabbing of that caliber. I'd hate to meet them in a dark alley. 😆
