Updates

Greetings Mr ______,
I don't really have any new updates from the world of Atlanta EMS. It's still the same "new normal" for now. One interesting thing to note is that nobody has been able to get any updates regarding the 17 y/o kid that died while playing flag football. Usually we can get clinical updates on patients afterwards. There are clinical services employees at the hospitals that do just that, let us know the diagnosis and outcomes of critical patients. It helps us streamline our care in the future since we never see the actual diagnosis. However this time nobody has feedback for us.
As a side note I apologize for the confusion on the kids age. He was indeed 17. I was part of a crew for manpower, therefore I wasn't his primary care provider. There really aren't many EMS scenes as emotionally charged and chaotic as a scene that involves a critical child. Especially with all the parents, friends, and classmates in attendance. I was sending you info as soon as the transporting unit left the scene. Next time I'll take a deep breath, double check my info, THEN send. Sorry.
My mother made it through the hurricane. Thank God there was no loss of life or property damage at her house. Last year I helped her move inland to _______ Fl from ________ (just outside ________). She's still near ________, but iNland instead of iSland.
While I was visiting her in September we got crop dusted by a helicopter while out on her patio. It was about 11pm and this helicopter started making very low passes back and forth over her neighborhood. I checked the flightradar24 site and saw that it was a mosquito control helicopter. Call me crazy but after everything I've seen the past 2 years, being crop dusted with unknown chemicals isn't very appealing. Being from FL, maybe you're familiar with this practice??? At any rate we went inside to avoid being covered with whatever they were spraying.
Praying for ______ to experience healing and improvement. I've personally seen people recover from things they shouldn't have over the years. No matter what happens, God is good and merciful. Proverbs 22:6. ______ is blessed.

PS: Phenomenal interview yesterday. Thank you. My best friend is a _______ County sheriff's deputy. He's a God fearing Christian man. I will be sending him a copy of the book you guys talked about. I know he'll love it. Especially since it's a "skinny" book. Haha. Thank you again.
